Got me a hamburger..no pickles or onions. As per the recipe on macdonalds site it should have pickles and onions. Also got a coffee and it tasted like water.

Staff are too busy talking to each other & listening to music than actually doing any work. Let alone putting any effort into their quality of food or service. Next time I'll drive to Ripley or Springfield instead of being disappointed again

Behold! A double Big Mac (double meat and cheese)... They should call it The Stacker!" where if you forget what order the meat and bread go in you just shove the 2 slices of remaining bread on top! And all beef patties crammed on top of each other.And also the lovely display of lettuce. Where none of it is actually on the burger.Hopeless!"

Went in to have lunch and put my order through the self service computers then waited to pay at the counter but no one was around to ask or even take my payment. I saw a gentleman that was starting his shift and asked him if i was able to get someone to serve me, he was very polite and apologised he put his things down and service me straight away. Then I sat and ate my lunch and the same thing happened to another customer he yelled out a few time no one answered so I went behind the counter and yelled can someone please come out and serve.

The amount of times we have ordered via Uber eats at this restaurant and they have repeatedly gotten every order wrong is insane. When something is repetitive then obviously there is something wrong with the crew & not doing their jobs properly. Even the food comes cold & tastes like the fries were made out of cardboard & left to dry out on the bench, always missing an item in my orders. Not satisfied at all, get it together

Excellent location. This place is a breath of fresh air. Not too new but carries an air of newly built. Besides that, it offers swift customer service and even better taste. If you're in a hurry but looking for good value for your belly this is your place.

DONT GO HERE!!I order 2 meals through Drive through wait time was 10 minutes get our meals and sat in carpark to eat only to find out that all the cheeseburgers I ordered didn't have anything on them except just the bun I was outraged I went in store and found out they locked there doors at 9.30pm so I went to the delivery door and was ignored by a male manager for 30 minutes and when I was finally got seen by the manager I told him what had happen and he just laughed in my face I told him can he please fix it. So then he snatches the burgers off me and throws a patty and cheese on then and hands it back to me I then asked for fresh burgers as they didn't make new ones I was spoken to very rudely by management. I encourage anyone not to come to the store on Mt julliatt Rd redbank plains and I was so disgusted on how I was treated and I will be taken this complaint further

Do better!!Everytime we come here our orders are wrong. Seems like staff members are constantly cutting corners. No pickles, no sauce, no onions. Orders missing items.

No tomato at 10 am, no staff on front counter and had to yell out to them because they had their own loud music out the back area different to the shop music. Poor service and wasn't advised of no tomatoes until i returned to complain they left out the tomato. Large number of people with staff out the back joking & talking not on shift !
