NRMA Roadside Assistance

Broke all 5 Wheel Studs on my back wheel of my VB Commodore when towing my trailer moving house to Goonallabah - Fenwick's Towing towed the car to Repco / Rare Spares at Gateshead who had 9 Holden Studs with 19mm Nuts in stock when I needed 5Patrolman Paul wasn't sure if it would need to pull the axle but all five studs were quickly fitted without even having to remove the brake shoes and I was on my way - now I need to buy a new centre cap as mine is nowhere to be seen

I haven't always been happy with NRMA roadside assistance but I've been a member for at least 40 years because they turn up , do their best to help me out. I hate that non emergency issues now have to go through a computer :( They respond quickly when there's an emergency. Have to love that!

Amazing service! Only waited 12 minutes and the patrol person was super helpful with other parts of the car as well. Tested my battery quickly and worked out it needed replacing, very thorough. Highly recommend NRMA roadside assist. Worth every penny. You never know when you’re gonna need it!

Satisfied overall. Help was fast and the representative i spoke to made sure i was safe and that help came as soon as possible. The technician arrived earlier than expected and resolved the issue well. Glad to be a member of NRMA.

Being able to sign up online but having to call a person to cancel my membership is an automatic 1 star. Auto renewing into a new 12 month contract is also another very dodgy business practice.

Heading to work Saturday morning,about 6.45am tyres blew out on a roundabout, was able to safely pull over to side of road and assess damage. Found that both left front and back had deflated with visible hole in front. Used the nrma app to request assistance first, was directed to call the number and wait a couple minutes and was offered a call back but I was 3rd in line so I waited.The lady I spoke to was lovely asked if I was safe and sent someone out to see if the back tyre could be inflated and the front replaced with my spare. Was able to track the blokes progress and he called to let me know he was on his way.Unfortunately the back tyre also had been punctured so he called a tow for me that arrived maybe 20 minutes later.Tow guy was great, got me loaded up and helped to call around to a local tyrepower that could get me sorted.He backed the car into the garage for me and I think maybe 30 - 40 minutes later I was on my way home with new tyres.All sorted in a bit over 2 hours, was very happy with the service.

Very happy with a recent battery replacement in Waterloo NSW. Technician checked the battery, alternator, among other parts of my Toyota's engine. He had switched out the battery for a new one and I was good to go. My engine start sounds much healthier now & I didn't have to learn how to change the battery :)

Excellent experience, provider arrived promptly, diagnosed and replaced old my flat battery promptly.It was a smooth, simple process. The call out man was extremely pleasant, reassuring and competent.

I had a screw in my tyre, which made it go flat. I was able to use the NRMA app to book roadside service. It was changed in the rain. The service gave me constant updates of how long until attending.Plus I was advised to keep safe, put hazards on and to remain safe.The serviceman was excellent.Quickly changed the tyre and was very professional, calming and was so quick. Very impressive.
