Went to King IT this morning and crossing fingers they could help. Laptop charging port wasn’t working. Although they couldn’t fix on spot due to restrictions from shopping centres fire policy, they did however come up with a temporary solution to last till end of school term. Thanks guys much appreciated!!!

Service was great.Tech identified the problem and offered us a solution without trying to rip us off.Would recommend anyone who has a tech issue to give these guys a go may work out cheaper to fix than replace.

Went into the Coomera store last week for advice about my faulty phone. I spoke with a young guy called Jax who was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain why I was having issues. He was friendly and helpful, if I have any tech issues in the future, I will use this store.

Well, if l could give this shop a zero rating it still doesn't justify the poor customer service. At 10am opening we waited approximately 10-15 minutss patiently for the one staff member to serve 1 customer on a PC issue. I confronted the question to the staff member that could we leave our PC with him and contact us (mobile numbers given) plus it would be approximately 30 minutes before our service would be looked upon as advised. We waited around the shopping centre for that time only to come back approximately 40 minutes later with the staff person STILL WORKING ON THE FIRST CUSTOMERS ISSUE AND THEN ADVISED TO US (2nd customer upon opening) THAT HE WAS WORKING ON ANOTHER CUSTOMERS PC (NOT OURS) AT THE SAME TIME AS THE 1ST CUSTOMER .....!!! WHATWe were then approached by a lady instore and advised that she was the mother of the Staff personnel and advised that the Representative of the store was only 16yo. Having known this and with NO Senior Supervision onsite is NOT how any business should conduct themselves as a reputable company/franchise.... We obviously went somewhere else for better results and CUSTOMER SERVICE that could actually handle the pressures of business relations with client requirements

Used the phone screen repair service and also enquired about another problem my phone had. Said they could repair the screen and investigate the fault and asked me to go back after an hour or 2. Went back but they weren't done, I received an apology and they asked come back another time. Went back the second time and it still wasn't ready, received another apology and third approximation time for the job to be done.Third times a charm, my screen was repaired. Said they couldn't fix the other problem because they needed a part. They offered to fix that fault, I would just need to pay for the part and wait to be contacted once they had it. I thought that wasn't unreasonable, paid for the part and eagerly awaited a response. I think I waited a week or 2 but I was not contacted once by them. I returned to the store with my receipt for the part and they said oh that's right

came in to grab a screen protector and the boys helped me out, also had an issue with my phone that jack quickly resolved in seconds, will be coming back for any other tech needs. If anyone needs a tech issue solved would recommend highly, great service and lovely chat with your workers.

Went in for a simple screen repair for iPhone X. They are advertising the price on their website for $99 down from $129.Was told that a diagnostic had to be run and that would cost $99. Before they could fix the screen in case something else was wrong. And the cost of the repair would be added onto to this price. After much back and forth trying to understand why it would cost so much we came to an agreement that the diagnostic would cost $50 and if there was nothing further wrong they would take this price of the $99 screen repair. Which would cost me the extra $49.After leaving the phone and returning after the diagnostic the sales representative I was dealing was with another customer. So I was handed to another rep. Who said clearly that the phone was fine and it was just the screen. When I agreed to replace the screen he then said that it would cost $350. To which I declined and explained to him the situation. He then went to say that $99 screen replacement doesn’t exist and isn’t on their website. And that the $350 was just for the screen and labour cost. At which point he offered to sell me a refurbished iPhone X for $845.By this stage the original sales rep came and took over and after much confusion then went to say that it now wasn’t just the screen. And that there was major damage on the motherboard which needed soldering back together.By this stage I had had enough and wished I never entered this store. I paid the extra $50 and got the screen in the packet.I have since taken it in to a different store and have had it fixed. They said there was no other damage apart from the screen and they’ve given me a 12 month warranty on repairs.I’am a father of 3 and the sole income earner. We are already struggling financially with the recent cost of living going through the roof. We needed this phone repaired as it was for my type 1 diabetic son who has started school and needs this so we can monitor his blood levels through the dexcom app.Very disappointed with the service, false advertising and price gouging.

I went to KingIt Coomera when I had cyberattack on my phone Jaxx was most helpful in checking my phone and clearing it of the nasties there and then. So so thankful to him!!!

My phone wouldnt charge or turn on no matter what I did. Not even the reboot would work. So I took it in, Jaxx tried a couple of things before we left the store, then I went for a roam around Westfield, before I even left to go home, he called to say he fixed the problem. He was very helpful, thorough, informative, friendly and fast. Thanks Jaxx
