I had my first session of tattoo removal and had the best experience . Heidi was amazing, so professional and educated me on everything before we started. She made me feel comfortable, and was externally patient with me the whole procedure. Highly recommend and will be continuing all my treatments with her.

Rena is such a caring person. She makes sure that you're comfortable and will take as many breaks as you need. Rena is always checking in if you're doing ok throughout the whole process. I always feel welcome when I come here and the removal process has been so easy for me thanks to all the ladies working there. They're really informative and happy to answer any questions I have. I highly recommend the team at Think Again Laser in Castle Hill. Thanks ladies!

Professional and welcoming staff. Facilities are clean and inviting. Cost per session is cheap. Each Tattoo removal session was done and dusted quite quickly. I've had a few sessions now, and the Tattoo is noticeably different and will be totally removed within the next couple of sessions. Highly recommend for those reconsidering any Tattoos.

Think Again Laser Clinic and their team were amazing in helping me with my tattoo removal. I honestly thought it couldn't be removed completely, I can't explain the relief with how good the results were and not one scare afterwards. The tattoo removal was a much easier experience with the help of such caring and positive people in the team. Anyone who is considering tattoo removal, you should want the best tech, knowledge and service. These guys were professional and exceeded my expectations.Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Heidi and the team from Think Again Laser Clinic enough! Heidi is extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable and genuine. She made me feel so comfortable during the whole tattoo removal experience and managed my expectations by not making any false promises. This is the place to go for laser! I was unhappy with how my microblading had blended and faded over 2 years so decided to go through the removal process. The results are excellent after just two treatments! I highly recommend Think Again Castle Hill. Great experience all round!

Had a great experience at Think Again Laser Clinic Castle Hill. Went in to remove my microblade eyebrow tattoo that I've had for almost 4 years now. She talked me through everything and answered all my questions. I went in for 3 sessions to get the tattoo removed and she was so thoughtful and careful when doing the procedure. Recommend 100%!!
