Visited the store this morning in a bit of a fluster to get dressing for my daughter (who just had a massive stack). Janelle or Janette was on the front door and was super helpful. My daughter was super dramatic about the whole thing but Janelle tried to help best she could.

Great new store. (Moved here into a new building) staff always chipper and keen to help. I’d say the best in Lake Macquarie for service and price. Just a lovely experience.

The store itself is nice and most of the staff are good. Unfortunately the last few times that I have gone here I wasn’t able to get help from staff members as every time they made eye contact with myself and my friend they quickly looked away as if they were avoiding customers. Unfortunately will not be returning.

Popped in to quickly grab an asthma inhaler which you have never needed a script for. Apparently that had changed, which is fine but the person on the counter was very rude about it and was questioning me like I was a child trying to do something wrong. I gave her my ID and she failed to explain it would need to be dispensed as she put my ID in a basket on the queue for dispensing and just left me standing there. My family waiting in the car I had to leave to go tell them I’d be 10mins. I won’t be back. The pharmacy in Citi Centre are lovely and I will continue to go there.

Very nice store, great location for me, and staff are friendly, but ....My regular monthly medications cost $47 compared to $31 at Chemist Warehouse. All generic brands. I would like to support local business but cannot justify and afford the convenience.

It the 4th time I visit this store I can’t get a script made upIt either I can’t get thyroid medication or antibioticsVery disappointedI don’t think they supply enough medicationThey say they are either out of stock or come back when we get more stockBloody ridiculous
