A huge shout out to Jeannine and Ruby at Heroes HQ! Gary and Pauline Fay did a wonderful job in establishing this Ballarat comic store in 2011 and Jeannine and Ruby have continued to fly the flag by being always welcoming and willing to help. They provide quality product that cannot be accessed anywhere else in Ballarat and the surrounding areas at very reasonable prices. Long live small businesses of Ballarat!!!

Great little comic book store tucked away in Ballarat! The service is super friendly and helpful, plus you won't have any shortage of things to check out while you are in there. Highly recommend heading in and checking it out!! We need more great businesses like this around, so go show them some love.

Amazing prompt service. Ordered comics online, due to an honest error one book turned out to be on back order. This was communicated to me by phone immediately and a gift was included in the books sent out with the final one to be mailed once it is in. They went above and beyond. Will definitely use as my go to going forward.
