One of the better KFC stores in the area. Never had a wrong order from here. The chicken is usually cooked fresh and the chips are well seasoned.

It's a smaller KFC store compared to many other similar ones. The staffs are like, they don't want to be there at all. The store is not adequately staffed and need to lift its customer service level. Food is okay but while I was there, I saw quite a few people complaining about the order.

In my experience this store provides consistent, high-quality food, friendly and efficient service, and a clean and comfortable dining environment. The food is always cooked well and always arrives hot.The store is clean and maintained well with comfortable seating and adequate space for customers to enjoy their meals. Staff are friendly and assistive which is nice.

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered 1 bag of 6 nuggets an a chocolate moose. We got out food and left. I noticed I didn’t get me moose and was absolutely fuming. That was $3.00. But you know what I did get? 7 sweet and sour sauces for 6 nuggets. Up your game KFC Deagon. Not eating here, and telling everyone I know not to as well.

The food was great the staff was great I rated it a one because it was littered was food and rubbish on the floor, tables were dirty and never wiped for a place that serves food. I will not be quick to go back their again

Absolutely pathetic!I ordered the zinger stacker burger box, the cost was $16.95 - the burger was leftout.A receipt is never offered to you and I know why, if you don't receive all of your items and then once you get home to discover your missing things you have no proof to ring up and complain because you don't receive a receipt. Doesn't matter that it is a fast food place a receipt should still be given each time and also make sure you give the customer their full order and not just bloody half of it.Will not be coming back to this store ever again. It is pretty embarrassing that you have so many incompetent staff working there.

I always have a pleasant experience at this 1. The only time I was a little disappointed, was when I had to get extra chips since the potato machine was not working. Of course this is not their fault and every time I went back, I would check before ordering a dish with potato until it was fixed.

I ordered a Go Bucket, got home and discovered that the bucket was only half full with about 6 pieces of popcorn chicken and hardly any chips. When I called the store to inform them, they said that could not be the case as they measure out the portions. Whoever measured out the portion did a terrible job and the situation was made worse by the other employee who brushed off my feedback. Absolutely appalling customer service. Do yourself a favour and go to any other KFC but Deagon.
