Just had my beautiful plantation shutters installed by Mark, wow what an asset to your company he must be. 6 x windows all looking perfect. I cannot recommend Franklin's & Mark enough the whole process from start to finish even a blind in my bathroom and 2 x Venetians in my kitchen. First time using Franklyn service and we are very happy with the out come.We needed some curtains, blinds and a security door for our new house. Franklyn did a great job providing us with what we wanted.We were struggling to find a reliable curtains & blinds shop around where we live. We heard about Franklyn on a radio and decided to visit their branch.Sales people were very friendly and helpful. They printed out our floor plan and went through each room with what we wanted.Lots of samples to choose from.We placed an order, had a very friendly and knowledgeable guy come out to do the measurement and got an estimate date after that. They all came on time and installation was done very efficiently. No waste of time.Had an issue with a hydraulic door opener. It was making a noise when we opened and closed but it got replaced and fixed very quickly.In the end we are very happy with the out come and will definitely use Franklyn service again.

I recently had a terrible experience with another curtain company starting with U. So I was a bit nervous and went to my local Tarragindi community page for recommendations. Franklyn came up a lot as highly recommended so called them up. From first call to installation, it was stress free and a breeze. No tears this time! Everything is great about Franklyn including the product. Very happy customer. I bought curtains and blinds.

Had a new set of 3 x Franklyn xipscreen fitted in our pergola. The motorised blinds replaced a set of crank down blinds which required securing at ground level. The new blinds have a very snug fit so goodbye to the sneaky leaves which would blow under the old blinds.Franklyn installer (Greg) did a great job.

I recently purchased two Panel Glides for my lounge windows, they are a well made product and look great. I installed mine myself and it's very easy to do so. They have been improved since my last purchase of panel blinds from Franklyn's as the panels are not attached by velcro anymore but they slide into an aluminium channel, much better design. This is my fourth purchase from Franklyn Blinds and I have always found the team at the Rochedale Store to be friendly and helpful.

Recently got the crimsafe and shutters installed in our newly built house.The shutters has added the elegance to our beautiful ensuite and bathroom.Nicely finished and fitted. The whole family is loving it.

We used Franklyns to install blinds in our patio in Springfield. We had asked other companies to measure and quote. Bernie measured twice and excelled at his attention to detail and how the blinds would fit alongside existing fixtures. The installation was fast and professional. Great job, competitive price.
