Australia Post - Wyoming LPO

Don't fall for all of the recent fake reviews...New management, father and son. The former seems fine but the son is extremely arrogant and extremely rude. He even gripped on to my letters when I attempted to leave to go to another post office because he wanted to tell me why he was in the right (he wasn't). The conceit and condescension on that child is outrageous. Haven't been back since and never will while he's there.

Recent 5 star reviews must be fake and written by family/friends of the new father/son management. I went into Wyoming LPO in March 2023 and if I could leave a 0 star review I would! The son became rude and arrogant when I asked to see my foreign currency order before I signed for it. He didn't explain the process to me and since I'm not a mind reader, this seemed a reasonable thing to ask. The father then went off at me and conducted himself in a completely unprofessional manner - he pointed and shouted at me and told me to shut up" several times. Their erratic and unhinged behaviour took me completely by surprise. Avoid going here if you can - their attitude and the way they speak to people is simply unacceptable."

I use this Post Office regularly as I just live next door. The new owners of the Post Office are very efficient and resourceful. Great to have a nice chat with them, as they are very friendly. I am disappointed to read some bad feedback for this wonderful team who are doing a great job. The younger chap who is the manager of this Post Office suggested me the correct packaging to use to save on my postage and he gave me details to open up a business account with Australian Post aswell. As per his advise, I will be saving a fair bit of money over a period of time for my business. This is exactly the type of service that we need in Wyoming. Earlier, it was just a s**t show. Long queues, unfriendly staff who would sit on the stool and I had some worst experience before the new owners of this Post Office took over the business before a couple of months. Very thankful to the team of this Post Office.

Very swift and fast service. I regularly visit this Post Office for collecting my parcels and since the new management has taken over, I donot have to wait for 15 to 20 mins in the queue to collect my parcels.

The Customer Service is fantastic in this Post Office.It has never been this good before. The shop is in immaculate condition and the new range of products they started carrying is fabulous.Guys, you are doing a great job. We love your work.

Please do not be swayed by their fake 5 star reviews written by the new management (father and son). There's a reason why they need to bury negative comments. They don't want accountability for their poor attitude towards customers and their own employees. I came here to pick up a parcel and met with the son's rude and arrogant behaviour. The father intervened with just similar negativity. He also corrected his employee in front of me, degrading and condescending. Poor guy. In the end I just told the father to stop talking because nothing he said helped me out of my situation, he just wanted to scold me. This father and son duo continued going on their power trip to control people. I called my partner to get his advice as my parcel was witheld from me despite proof of my residential address. I stood in the corner with my distressed one year-old baby, trying to clear my mind because I was quite emotional and by then the son decided to do the right thing and released my parcel but kept lecturing me, emphasizing he was doing me a favor and then proceeded to call me difficult". Through all his speech I locked my lips

The new owners- father and son were absolutely lovely when I went in to pick up my registered post.Although I had a little wait as they are still getting their new systems in place, they apologised and the son was so lovely and keen to give great customer service.A breath of fresh air.Thank you !

My wife went to pick up a regular post package here (carrying our 1 year old baby) and the staff were extremely rude and condescending. The package was in her maiden name so she provided a utility bill with the correct name and address but they would not accept it. They were training a new employee and were really rude to him as well while he tried to assist, insisting that he push my wife and baby to the side to serve other customers while she tried to provide the document. Such a drastic change from the old management and staff who were all incredibly helpful.

Fabulous gold class customer service on my several visits to collect FX. Despite delays in delivery by the FX provider, the 2 gentlemen who staffed Wyoming went above and beyond with their courtesy and professionalism
