We are so happy our designer recommended Metz Tiles for our home renovation. Our appointment in their Alexandria showroom resulted in us purchasing a beautiful and quality Italian tile for our kitchen - living area. The Metz crew were helpful and extremely knowledgable about all things tiles, especially why a good quality tile is worth the investment. We have used Metz tiles a number of times, in our laundry, balcony and most recently our terrace. I have been really pleased with the overall look. Matthew@Metz was fantastic. I've just completed a home bathroom/pantry reno and getting the right advice on slip ratings and size of tiles was great. Having stock readily available was a bonus, and when my builder brought me the bad news that our 10% overage allowance was two boxes shy of reality, Metz was able to quickly supply the additional boxes with no fuss.

Metz Tiles supplied our home with with top quality tiles from Italy for our extensive patio in our back garden. The service pre, during and post the Sale went way beyond our expectations of what constitutes good customer service...it was customer service par excellence!The representative came to our home to firstly understand our requirements and in a very relationship selling approach, presented us with different creative options. Placement of the order was seamless; as was the delivery. The tiles were installed by our builders tiler.After approximately one year we noticed that acidic deposits (white in colour) were secreting through the grouting (i.e. between the edges of the tiles). This was all to do with the SOIL (i.e. due to differences in chemical composition of parent materials) and it must be said; NOT a product issue or the tilers fault.However, Metz offered to inspect the issue and contacted our builders tiler and requested him to fix the problem. Ever since that time, the lime deposits dissipated. When we sold the house potential bidders provided feedback to our Real Estate Agent that the patio was a key attraction for their interest in our home.I cannot recommend Metz Tiles higher enough. The team at Metz go beyond the call for their customers!

We are so happy with the tiles we chose from Metz, they really have taken our bathroom renovation up a notch. The tiles are beautiful and of high standard, even our tiler commented on how great it was to work with a quality product.
