Empower Yoga and Mindfulness
Brilliant kids yoga - we've found the caring teachers help educate the kids on the importance of mental health, sitting with your feelings and understanding emotions. Combined with terrific exercise that challenges the children, the teachers read what is most important to the kids on the day and everyone absolutely loves the meditations at the end.
