We went to Totally Flooring in Bundall and dealt with Wade at that branch. Wade was so helpful from the start, with regards to different design options which suited our apartment. He was diligent, respectful and most of all efficient. Any problems that arose and he was always contactable, whilst finding a quick solution. Also, he was kind enough to liaise with the other trades during our renovations to ensure an effective and timely delivery. Our hybrid flooring and carpets look better than I could of expected. Thank you so much!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of service I received when I recently contacted your company to request a quote. Unfortunately, I was met with a very rude response when I inquired about availability of floor installation, with the representative informing me in an abrupt and dismissive manner that the company was completely booked.As a potential customer, I was taken aback by this unprofessional attitude and feel that it is not reflective of the level of service that I would expect from your company. I had hoped for a more positive experience, and I am sorry to say that I was left feeling very dissatisfied with the interaction.I hope that you can take steps to address this issue and ensure that other potential customers are not subjected to similar treatment. I value good customer service and believe that it is an essential part of any successful business, and I sincerely hope that your company can work to improve in this area.

Do not leave a 50% deposit !!! If your circumstances change and you have to cancel then buyer beware they will keep 25% of the total amount (incl labour) as a restocking fee. This is extortion at its best. I recommend to check with any flooring company first about refund policy . I received a $2300 after leaving almost $5000 deposit and being a pensioner I can ill afford to lose $2600 odd. A very poor business ethic. Caveat emptor!

Daniele and his team were excellent. They installed the hybrid flooring for us including stairs and did exceptional job. The quality, advice and workmanship was amazing. We couldn't complain on anything. Highly highly recommended.

Daniel was fantastic at helping us with our selection and the installation crew were brilliant, they did our job in two days and it looks great. Could not meet a more professional and friendlier group of guys. Would highly recommend them.

Thanks to Rahul and the team my home is now a dream to live in. It's so much cleaner and easier to keep. It is a large area and worth every cent. I wish I'd done it sooner.
