Struggled to find anyone open or willing to help today when we needed a tyre repair after we left Bunnings with an extra bolt in our tyre. These guys were great! We could tell they were under the pump, yet still were willing to help us out. Service was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Steve and his team from My Car Maroochydore. Had nail in back tyre, arrived there after 5pm, Steve and the team went over and above to replace tyre then and there and send us on our way. Saved so much hassle. Exceptional customer service!

I've been bringing my vehicle here for several years since kmart auto and have been ok with its servicing, and the cost. But your latest female counter person could be better employed away from humans. I found her rude and arrogant. I seriously considered cancelling the booking and retrieving my keys from her. But left it there for service. I also requested a quote for some work by your team and instead of waiting I asked her to email it. I haven't received the quote after four working days.This woman was basically the first human I interacted with that morning, so her rudeness potentially was shaping the rest of my day. It took awhile to shake it off.I'm not coming back. I don't mind paying another $100 on the cost of a service where the staff is respectful and pleasant.

These guys are second to none with prompt, professional advice, servicing and quotes for work to be done! They keep the car in peak order and my family safe ! Nothing is too hard for this friendly team ....one day when I returned for my car it was raining and the young apprentice escorted me with an umbrella! Stephen & the crew at mycar in Maroochydore provide EXCEPTIONAL service. In all of my 70 years I've actually never experienced better care; & more attention to detail.I've been there 3 times now & each time they've gone well above & beyond expectations.Eg: I had an accident in my X-trail recently. The front bumper was loose & had caught on a few curbs, & become looser.I booked my car in for a service with Steve. I arrived to pick it up & on top of the Service the guys had zip-tied the bumper very securely. It made a BIG difference.THANK you guys (& girls) xx

We thought our day trip to the Sunshine Coast was spoiled when we discovered a screw stuck in the tyre of our Toyota C-HR. We were not looking forward to driving back to Ipswich at 80 kmh on the space saver tyre. Called in to MyCar and spoke to Mel who could not have been more friendly and helpful. The tyre was repaired and we were on our way within an hour for the cost of $39. Not often these day that you get friendly, helpful and prompt service at very reasonable cost. Thanks again Mel.
