I am very confused as to why someone would rate them 1 star because it’s the total opposite.All I can say is excellent company with exceptional customer service. They will go out of there way to help you out and give you advice on exactly what you need. No matter how busy they are they will look after you.I definitely recommended this shop to everyone who needs quality service with the best quality foam and other products.Thanks guys we are really happy with the foam in our cushions it’s exactly how we wanted it.

Watch out for the cheeky people in the store.We bought a sheet of foam.They charged us 185 extra for cut.They guy was saying you have to wait a week for us to cut its very hard job then he said I will try to do in 2 days but we were not able to wait for 2 days then he said ok I will try to do it now and it took him only 2 minutes to cut it using a machine.Also match the quality you pay for when you get the cut foam.Very bad customer service.Ripping off people.I will never recomend this to any one.

Hi there,Felt compelled to write a review after my good experience at Cutfoam - especially after seeing a negative review. Just thought I'd put my 2c in on my own positive experience.I needed to buy some foam to repair my driver's seat and looked around a bit, but it looked like Cutfoam had the biggest range and the most information online so opted to go with them.Although I have had some experience shaping motorcycle seats, I have never repaired a car seat so was not familar with the different grades of foam used for this kind of repair.Rather than just buy foam online, I chose to visit the warehouse so I could speak to someone who knows foam and save myself buying the wrong grade and having to do the job twice.The warehouse/business manager took the time to explain the grading systems, and recommended a specific few foams that would suit my needs. I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me, and went out of his way to determine the best product for me - even suggesting a thinner foam that I could join. He easily could have just sold me thicker foam at a significantly higher cost and forced me to deal with paying for a large amount of offcut. (Foam is bought by a sheet).I have since repaired my car seat and the recommended foam is perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend a business with such great service and integrity.Next time I need foam I'll be back!Thanks again,
