I love the free 7-day trial and the personal portal where you can modify the service plan. I tried to upgrade and downgrade whenever I wanted. I brought my own BYO router, and it connected in minutes. I love the features of paying daily and pausing the service, just paying the minimum when I am out of the country. The internet speed and customer service are excellent. I feel I have been well looked after since signing up!

Tried so many ISPs, looked to always save money. Went over to Launtel and will be staying with them. Not the cheapest but the service is quality, and the speeds are above what is stated. Solid, no drop outs. Money well spent!

Speeds as advertised, can occasionally peak at over the plans allocation. Latency is better compared to other providers I have used. The ability to get a perpetual static IP lease is great for people like me who tinker with hosting game servers for friends and family at home.

Customer Service and Systems in place are awesome and best I have experience with any telco or energy organisation. However I found the upload and download Internet speed is slower than what competitors are offering for the same plan. I will try the service again in 12 months with hope internet speed has improved. Very happy with my decision to switch to Launtel. The provisional process was so easy, I think it only took less than 1.5 hours to complete. Modem wasn't connecting at first but after contacting support (no wait on the support line and Australian based support) they were able to resolve the issue within 2 minutes. Connection speeds are fantastic and no latency or lag when playing games.

Launtel received a warning notice that our someone was using our wifi to hack our network, within 12 hours Launtel gave us a call to let us know so we could find out who it was and how to stop it immediately. Very grateful for the personable and fast service.

I recently switched from iiNet to this new internet service provider, primarily because I was interested in experimenting with IPv6. They were one of the few providers that offered gigabit speeds and were willing to provide public IP addresses.The transition was not only smooth but also incredibly fast. As soon as I initiated the change, I was immediately migrated to their service. I was genuinely surprised by the speed of the process, which led to a temporary loss of internet connection at home.However, the provider's proactive approach was impressive. They emailed me shortly after the migration, inquiring if everything was alright since they hadn't seen my connection come online. This level of attentiveness is a rarity among service providers!Once I returned home and reconfigured my router, the switchover was seamless. The provider promptly sent another email, confirming that they could see my connection was live and offering any further assistance if needed.I am truly amazed by the exceptional service provided by this company and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a change in internet service providers.

Great routing services for gamers! And honestly, I couldn't recommend a better provider to anyone for future set-ups. Service is phenomenal and super friendly (go WAY above and beyond than any other online service/provider etc), super affordable and very clear understanding of credit on the service (cost / speeds you require - which you can change at any time, any day - even so much as pausing the service if you go away on holiday so you don't waste your dollars worth on credit not being used). If I could be a saleswoman for this company, I would whole heartedly represent them

Launtel got fixed in a week, what TPG couldn't get fixed in over 5 weeks. Moved from TPG with an issue with dropped packets and unstable upload connection. Launtel gathered the right data to present to NBN and got them to replce the local exchange card and it's working so great! Customer service and advocacy to NBN is 11/10.Set up and onboarding was seemless and plainless, prices are good, speeds are even better.Highly recommend, they are qualified techs who know their stuff and will get you sorted out no matter what!
