Very happy with my nails they've done a really nice job and had a good experience both times I've been in. Pleased I've found this business the ladies are nice and friendly.

Drilled my nail so thin it was bleeding when bumped that afternoon, went in for shellac removal, had to wear a band aid for days afterwards and grow out the damage. Unprofessional staff who dont communicate with the customer. painful experience literally.

Unfortunately, l won't be back to Beauty nails Penrith. The lady Laura that did my nails was very impatient and annoyed that I asked her to do some nails off a photo re shape, length etc. I understand that not all nail beds are the same and the nails will be slightly different, because of that. But she was really rude and couldn't get done fast enough to get me out the door. Her body language and giving me one word answers trying to speak to her and ask her opinion, was very off putting. I understand that these establishments are busy, but sadly, this is the only place l experienced bad customer service in Australia, while I was here on holiday.

I went into this salon yesterday due to the fact that another salon totally wrecked my nails and the lady who fixed my nails up done an amazing job I could not be any more happy then what I am.. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone
