Excellent and proactive sales & service team - very smooth experience!

I had been planning on building a pool for quite some time and when I finally got around to starting, it turned into something worse than expected. After dealing with several bad builders that only wanted my money rather then helping me build what we agreed upon in advance, I found Pool Builders Newcastle! They were very professional from start (when they promised how much everything would cost) all the way through finishing off this project without any problems whatsoever; even taking care of things such as coming back once more after installing parts needed early during construction because our schedules didn't match up otherwise.

We are so pleased with the service we received from Jason and his team. They were prompt, professional, friendly--a true gentleman to deal with! The process was stress free as they took care of everything for us including arrival/departure times which helped a lot since it wasn't easy navigating by ourselves around this unfamiliar city . We can highly recommend them if you're looking into installing a new concrete pool.

The team at Pool Buildetrs Newcastle did an amazing job with our brand new pool. From the sales rep that visit us on the first meeting to the actual construction team, there were fantastic. I highly recommend them.
