This is beyond a joke,I rang up yesterday to speak to someone to be told somebody will call me back.I ring up again today and ask to speak to someone and I get told somebody will call me back.This is so ridiculous!I don't know why somebody who's available that can connect me to someone so I can speak to them.This is why I'm giving yous a 1 star rating because of the lack of communication.& no body seems they want to help.
