Don't purchase from here. I purchased a jumper which took 2 weeks to get to me. I tried it on and it didn't suit me. However the return policy was that the it had to be sent back to them within 2 weeks which was impossible. I reached out to them and they would not except the return. To feel confident to shop online you need to be able to send things back if they don't fit or don't suit you. This is not the case with Coven and CO so be careful

I recently purchased a Xmas gift for my partner in December and gave her the dress for her birthday in January. I trusted the Aussie business, but when she tried to exchange the dress she was told she couldn’t. Bad form Coven&Co, very shaky customer service to not see beyond policy. Be very careful about purchasing here. I would not recommend.
