Today I went there hoping to get my free coffee. And also to get a birthday treat. The staff didn't look too happy. Then I was told that my 6th visits for free coffee has expired. This is most ridiculous. I am never using Soul Origin at Fountain Gate. Today experience with the staff there, gave me the feelings - FOC are not welcome.

Good food, as always, with generous servings and prompt service. Got the plant based schnitzel and falafel salad - a large serve is about $14 with up to 4 salad choices. Lots of vegan options

Well placed for my coffee while shopping takes places. Always had fresh coffee hear. Cold brew is also nice. Friendly staff. Never had anything from the food side apart from a banana bread here or there, so just rating on the coffee. The food does look nice though

I’ve been going here for the past couple of years and thought I’d finally put up a review. The food, coffee and staff are all good at FG in Narre Warren. The 3 star rating is because I’m unhappy with the loyalty program.After 5 visits you get $5 to spend in store, or 50% off something etc. You have 14 days to use it (seriously?) or lose it! Not a great incentive, especially if compared with other food places that give you upto 12 months to use your rewards.I found this out the hard way last week when I went in to redeem my voucher. It had expired 4 days ago. They could see my history, that I was a regular, because I always scan my code. I don’t blame the staff for this; they’re only following orders.As I mainly buy coffee from here, I’ve decided to not purchase from here anymore.

The staff was disrespectful and there was a misunderstanding with the drinks and she was immediately mad, scowling at us. The staff who has a piercing on the face. This could have been handled better if the staff was accommodating to the customer, I hope soul origin retrain their staff.

Just having lunch from them and usually good but today is horrible. Bought chicken pasta and Greek salad. The pasta is half cooked and chilled and horrible...

Usually love the salads from this place, today thought I’d mix it up and the baguettes looked good. Sat down at my table and realised after one bite it was the most plain, dry and lacking baguette I’ve honestly ever had. No sauces, no cheese, just a couple slices of Chicken Shnitzel, tomato and a pinch of salad mix. What? $10.50
