Never posted a review before but we’ve had Such an amazing customer service experience on Saturday night that I thought I’d show my gratitude.Me and my husband haven’t had Red Rooster in a while so thought we’d give it a go.We were greeted immediately by a Lovely young lady, she smiled the whole time and catered to all of our requests PERFECTLY.Quick transaction and quick to arrive!I don’t remember her full name but what I do remember is that it started with an N..Haven’t had a good customer service experience in years! This was so refreshing!so glad we came and we’ll definitely be coming back!!10/10Food was great too ;)

Ordered 6 pcs fried chicken, via doordash and received 5 small pieces and 1 medium. I was still hungry after paying almost $30 including delivery. The Guildford store is more generous.

Food taste good..but it's not fresh and hot. It look like it's made 5hours before and served now...looks like it's the manager who is managing make this guy's of things...same thing happened last time also when he was managing the restaurant...when asked him last time he was lying saying it was cooked fresh, but when opened and showed he agreed to cook fresh..probably the owner of this franchise need to look into it properly

Reds spicy box (4/5) Spicy burger was yummy and had a unique taste. The wings were crispy and tasty. Gravy had really good flavour. The chips were tasty and salty.Red hot fried chicken (5/5) Unique spicy tasty chicken.Butter milk wings (5/5) Wings were crispy and juicyPineapple Fritter (5/5) Awesome flavour bombOverall all the items had a unique taste which was a surprise.Good place for spicy food lovers.

Ordered through Uber Eats and half the food was missing. Contacted Red Rooster directly and they said they told the driver to wait for 2 more bags but he just left. We drove to pick it up and they made fresh stuff so that it wasn't cold. It wasn't their fault, but they went the extra mile for us and were extremely apologetic. That is great customer service as far as I'm concerned. Thanks guys

Fry chicken is fantastis. It is hot, crunchy and flavourful. Crunch slaw is nice and fresh. Staffs were great with their service. The drivethrough is easy to navigate and get in and out of the store is convenient as well. Overall, it is one of best fry chicken around there.

Usually no dine in patrons, mostly pick up drivers. Has a convenient free parking lot. In and out usually within 10 mins to pick up orders.

Worst service imaginable .. 2 cars ahead of us in the drive thru . Got to the speaker and waited for 10 minutes with an ever increasing gap to the car unfortunate enough to be ahead of us . Finally someone decided they felt like taking our order .. Got to the window paid and had our order read back to us 2 large ripper roll combos and cheesy nuggets - which was wrong but I corrected it to chicken nuggets ..Then spent another 15 minutes sat at the window watching the staff inside , chatting to each other seemingly having a great time .. At one point the girl with the headset on and a teenage boy working there both walked outside in front of my car (still waiting) laughing and chatting with a commodore parked in the parking lot .. Came back inside and finally brought me a bag of food .. I asked can I have the drinks I ordered ? She said what drinks did you order ?? Not surprised she’d forgotten we’d been sat at the window for a good 20 minutes - told her 2 sprites , was given two cans of sprite .. Informed her we’d ordered a large meal , gave me two bottles , started to drive away and my daughter told me they’ve given us small chips .. Parked the car in the car park , walked inside ..Said excuse me all the staff were chatting amongst themselves in the kitchen , heard me but ignored me .. So I said excuse me again slightly more forcefully .. Informed her I ordered a large meal and was given small chips .. Was told I was only charged for a small meal - yeah right !!Appalling service , food was also cold and inedible - eat here at your own peril !!

Ordered through Uber and got a Large Classic Quarter Meal and they missed the chips completely. I rang the store and they were soo rude and hung up on me. Pretty pointless having just chicken when I specifically ordered it with chips. NEVER AGAIN
