It is hard to comprehend that in 2021 customer service can be so poor. I accept that the customer isn’t always right, but at least the customer deserves courtesy and to be spoken to appropriately. I was spoken to with ridicule and disdain, and it was clear they think they hold a monopoly on this product area and so can afford to be rude and obnoxious. I was stunned. The speed at which they blamed me for a lack of knowledge around service availability and blamed me, as a tourist, for not knowing what was going on locally was confounding. My advice is to stay away from this business. If there was competition in the area that provided good customer service, interaction and information they would close in six months. I was horrified at how badly I was treated, how myself and my partner were spoken to, and considering I wanted support around improving my holiday, it was pathetic and frankly, disgusting.

You have helped me immensely during the last few months, From fixing phones, to helping with my daughters phone (after she had passed) to putting on a song as my ringtone of her singing, the Sone In the Eyes of Heaven, to even helping me connect to this link to leave a review!!!!! They sold me an appalling bad computer. They said it would last the whole school day but it has 3hrs of charge, has TERRIBLE camera quality, delayed typing and it's very laggy. When I took it back they said there was nothing wrong with it and the Norton security they forced to set me up on is very annoying and useless!

Super friendly, outstanding service. I locked myself out of my new samsung phone. Samsung were no help. The guy at That phone place had it fixed in 2 mins. Extremely happy customer. Also picked up a new charge cord. Well stocked shop.

Replaced my phone battery and when that battery turned out to be a dud they replaced it again at no extra charge. Seem like an honest, trustworthy business. 4 stars only because I had to keep calling the business to see where things were up to - could improve on communication but I would definitely go back to them for future service if needed.

Dr latif is an excellent doctor because he has got my weight down , and checks my waist and hip measurements, he encourages me to lift my heart rate and exercise more and eat the nutritional balanced diet.

I asked for a Samsung A22 5G, the senior aged female said they had one left at $350. I said I would love to buy it and asked again if it was a 5G, she said YES. I found out about 10 days later that it was actually a 4G phone. I went back and questioned her and she denied any Knowledge of selling me the phone or the conversation around the 4G model. She was CLEARLY lying. Other staff looked at me with disdain. Absolutely disgusting practice. DONT SHOP THERE! Drive to Nowra or Batemans Bay instead. 0 out of 5 stars.
