Firstly, after spending the $2500, I was told it would arrive the following week. Wrong; it came 17 days later.Secondly, I opened the package and assembled the poorly crafted stand. I ran one ID and there was a loud, vibrating( obviously broken) sound and an error screen appeared on the screen. I called tech support, and left a message. Tech support then began to text me steps to resolve. Look, I can fix pretty much anything, but after spending $2500 on something the last thing I want to deal with is Tiny screws. As I began to take screws out on the pre assembled scanner case, I noticed a layer of rust on them, as well as a couple of the screws were stripped out, and I also noticed a giant dent in the scanner casing. Again, not exactly what I thought $2500 would buy me.I sent pics to tech support and then I got a text back saying it was damaged and must be elevated to another department but they would make notes how it was damaged in shipping.Furthermore, it is an android device and the power connection for the camera is worthless at best. The power cord for the android is bulkier and at the slightest rock of the unit, the power cord knocks the non-magnetized power cord for the camera out. I understand this is is not the issue of Patronscan; however, the right equipment must be used if you want peopleTo pay $2500 for this giant gilded piece of trash. I’m sorry, but it’s the truth, and I cannot expect my brain dead security guard to properly resolve any conflict he may be have with this item.I kindly declined any other help and requested someone to come and pick this thing up because it is junk.I could save them the money to ship it back by simply throwing it in the dumpster outside. Be warned and save your money….
