Never left waiting, usually on time with appointments. Place is clean, vets have been very good, although had one who was a little short with me! Happy to take my dogs here.

Terrible experience with this vetinary clinic. Took my dog for a check up and nails to be clipped which was not done properly. My little sweetie was so traumatised by the whole thing she deficated on herself and was just brought out to me without a mention of what happened in that back room. This vet failed to follow up on swollen glands which turned out to be cancer diagnosed by a vet at another vetinary clinic . My sweetie was 10 years old and had never had such a terrible experience like this with her previous vet of 9 years who I my add was a treasure. Will never take another pet to this clinic. Just awful.

Today twelve and a half year old Dylan had surgery to remove a nasty little grass seed from his paw ... a first and hopefully last experience for him! Bec and the team at Alexandra Veterinary Clinic were kind enough to fit him into their busy schedule without an appointment. Great attention from an excellent clinic!

Rebecca and sue are amazing and have gone above and beyond to help me save my baby goats life. I called big vet hospitals begging for help who told me “it’s just a goat” when he was at his sickest and by morning the awesome super hero’s from Alex saved his life with no hesitation or animal discrimination. I have even woken Bec up at home for advice and once again with no hesitation she is there to help! We couldn’t ask for a better team for our fur babies!

Vet rebecca was lovely. So was reception. We explained when we made the appointment we were from out of town and our dog was extremely anxious with vets and if we could do the consult outside .. was no problem at all made our vet visit pleasant thank you once again

Rebecca is the most caring person, very thorough and answers our questions. Did not like leaving our fur baby Bella all day,but we knew she was in safe arms.All staff is friendly and helpful.Bella feels like she is visiting family, when she sees Rebecca.
