Wanted a pie but seen a fly amongst the cakes inside the cabin. Fly was landing on food.I really wanted to walk away Mentioned this to the young girl that there was a fly she did not care at all. Didn't smile. Another young girl was there that was just standing aroundMentioned the fly to her, she didn't care either. If I were the owner I would not be happy of the laziness of caring about hygiene and the spread of fly germs on the food. My partner and I felt sick. We wont be returning

While on holidays at Kingscliffe I decided to buy lunch here for me and my husband, I’m sorry but it was the worst pies I have eaten , they were incredibly salty , my husband didn’t even finish the pepper pie, I also purchased a slice of carrot cake- it was very dense almost raw, threw it out , very disappointing after spending a lot of money …

Bought 2 potatoes pies there today.Drove to the beach to eat and they were only luke warm.. Threw em out.Didn't have time to go back and let them know.Have seen a couple of other reviews with same problem.....not happy when you pay good $$$ and get a simple thing wrong like heating a pie so its edible and safe.WONT BE BACK AGAIN.

It’s a shame to be writing this as not only was that girl polite but receptive and agreed that alike most other reviews, the pies were luke warm at best. I returned after I had them and told her and I purchased a drink. She was very polite and I ate them regardless but after a year or so of similar reviews - “expect luke warm pies at best” is most certainly what you’ll get. They tasted nice

Make a nice lemon tart but only once a week if lucky! Other cakes a average. I ge lift Woolworths Apple turnover is better than this bakery. Chunky beef pie is literally 3 chunks of meat floating in a casing of gravy. I’ve had a few and each one is the same. A more honest name would be Gravy Pie with a few chunks!

The pie I got today was lukewarm at best and was pretty much a few chucks of meat with hardly any mince swimming in a gelatinous gravy. Will be giving this bakery a miss from now on. A pie from the servo would of been better than this one.
