My husband and I recently used Derwent Finance to buy our first home. We had such an excellent experience from our very first contact with the Team, and our broker Kaya has been nothing but wonderful. He has been very supportive and communicative through the whole process and is always only an email or phone call away. If it wasn't for Derwent finance I wouldn't be a homeowner. I rang a mortgage broker at the start of the year about taking advantage of the first homeowners guarantee. She more or less told me it couldn't be done, I gave up. A month later I got in touch with Riley from Derwent Finance and here I am today, I settled on my on my home loan. Can’t thank them enough.

Kaya, Rhianna and the team at Derwent finance helped my fiancé and I secure our first home. Kaya went above and beyond when the banks were being difficult and was always there to answer any questions we had! He made the whole process very easy to understand as first home buyers, he looked at every angle and tried to make the process as stress free as possible considering our high pressure situation. For the third mortgage, Derwent Finance helped take all the pressure off. They have a great tool to furnish your bank statements, make sure you know every document you need, do all the legwork connecting with your conveyancer and real estate and lender.
