My husband Andrew and I needed to make the move from Regional SA into Adelaide quite quickly and we are so glad we came across Tayla from DB Philpott Real Estate.She has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and has been extremely prompt in answering the many questions we have had, all with no fuss.If you are in need of a reliable, friendly and competent service call into DB Philpott and you will be very happy.

We have been with Philpott team for 7 years now, having multiple properties they are outstanding and professional, my regret is that I should have gone to them sooner. Living interstate I needed someone that could manage and fix maintenance issues without a fuss. I never had to worry about anything and our properties are in amazing condition. Regular property reports, great communication, detailed inspection reports and great contacts for tradesmen makes it easy for a landlord knowing our property is getting looked after. I have gone through a lot of agents that are bad in the past but Mark and the Philpott team are by far the best agents I have had.

Our agent Chelsea was an amazing manager and a pleasure to work with. She was professional, courteous, organised and personable which made all aspects of renting a breeze. We can't recommend Chelsea and DB Philpott Real Estate highly enough!

The rental market in Adelaide has been very rough recently. These passed few months my partner and I have tried to find a place to no success. Until we went through DBPhilpott, Tayla Moreland was so nice to us and went above and beyond to find a place for us. If everyone in the real estate industry was as accomodating as Tayla it wouldn’t be as daunting as it is made out to me. Definitely recommend this company!

My real estate agent is amazing!I work away and I am, often, not home to put my bins out and/or bring them back in so my amazing real estate agent does it for me even though she has a very busy work schedule and a life of her own to lead.
