I have been jn thus shop few times and have enjoyed it, but my last visit last week wasn't good. I asked for the Spicy Vegan and removed SEVERAL items from it, i asked if I could swap those deleted items for some olives, was told OK but the guy charged me $2.00 on top of the price of the pizza. And I ended up with a tomato cheese few olives and burnt pizza on the edges. I was going to buy a Pepsi bottle but after this I left, NEVER TO RETURN!

Order buffalo tenders, instead tomato sauce on them. Burnt brownies (somehow) and puff roll was stuck in dessert box. Good thing Nowra and Husky does a good job, won’t be going back to this store.

Domino’s Pizza Bomaderry
Will take a star off each time. Wednesday 02 March at about 3ish, I waited 20 minutes for pizza they said would be ready in 10. Not busy but the blonde delivery guy asked me to wait and then took my pizzas out for delivery. Luckily the other guy in the store ran out after him as there was only 1 pizza left in store and I had ordered pizzas!!! No idea what was going on... and it was not busy! What a mess... It happens I guess... Still, friendly staff, clean, and consistently great pizza etc. Can still get a range of large $5 pizzas too! Prices have gone up quite a bit elsewhere or they skimp on toppings or quality.

I ordered a vegetarian godfather and it came with real meat so I called up and told them. They said they'd make the correct one and when I got it, AGAIN it came with real meat. So I called again. I know it was real meat being it had pepperoni on it and they don't have vegetarian pepperoni. I spoke to Cameron (sorry if it's misspelt) he was really nice and apologized and offered to personally remake it this time with vegetarian meat. Honestly the only reason I gave them 2 stars is because of Cameron.

Ordered first time as I was holidaying in the area. TBH The service isn't up to the standards.They've given some items of my order to someone else and I had to wait for that item to be cooked again. In the mean time (while waiting) my pizzas were stone cold. (They've estimated 6 minutes for my order but i ended up waiting 15 minutes for that). No courtesy from the store. They pretended like nothing happened.One thing for sure from today's experience, I won't be going back there.

Ordered 55mins ago & app says it’s still cooking so rang store & was told (VERBATIM) “it’ll be another 15-20mins” I live 4mins away. No apology, no explanation just meh. Remember now why I swapped to Pizza Hut last year, should’ve stuck to that decision.
