We've been customers since 1985 - wouldn't let any other mechanic near any of our cars - if Carter's tell me something needs fixing - it needs fixing. That sort of reliability, trust and customer connection - not many businesses offer that year in - year out.

RAA towed my 79 year old dad's car here because the radiator failed. When he came to pick it up, it also had a new starter, alternator, and two rear tyres to pay for supposedly due to burnouts - it's a six cylinder with no LSD. This is still a cared-for daily driven car but it will never darken Carter's driveway again. RAA and online endorsements are no mark of quality - Beware.

Will not be happy with you, if you return after one of there mistakes on your vehicle. Highly recommended though if you have money to waste, and only know what color your car is. If it has to be towed there without choice, good luck that something coincidentally doesn't play up. A day or to when you get your vehicle back. Seek different quotes if possible.
