Morton - Green Square

Absolutely fantastic service when recently renegotiating a lease renewal. We lease through Morton and the landlord had some 'challenging' terms they wanted on the new lease.Sandy from Morton helped ease the negations through and was just excellent at communication - always prompt as well.I find a lot of agents don't really care too much - but believe me, Sandy is excellent. Morton has actually been excellent all around from the first time we viewed the property, through leasing with them, and now helping with renewal.

My experience working with Sandy Shen from Morton’s green square was absolutely wonderful and STRESS FREE!! Renting a property now in Sydney is close to impossible with the number of tenants returning to Australia to study.She was the ONLY real estate agent that answered my calls from overseas. I found her number from the net and she was the only one who responded via email and via what’s app ! And I called about 20 agents !She asked about my requirements and she worked quickly and efficiently to find me an apartment that fitted all of my needs, and she was able to rent it to me without me even seeing it first ! All viewing was done online! She sent me videos of the entire apt inside the apt and the surrounding areas.She kept me updated on how the process was going every step of the way, and she put in extra effort to make sure I had all the information I needed before signing the lease. She answered all my overseas calls despite the time difference. She kept me updated constantly on the need for completion of signing of the lease.The hand over was a breeze. All systems in the apt were in perfect working order. More importantly the location was even better than I imagined ! It’s close to all amenities and it’s a hive of activity in the evenings unlike many other places !The apartment turned out to be more than I had expected!! Sandy went above and beyond to ensure that I got a great deal on the rent and was able to get me all the details I wanted on the rental agreement. Overall, the process from start to finish was smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend sandy to anyone looking for a great real estate agent to rent an apt in Sydney. Sandy Shen is the best property agent I've dealt with ever! She knows how to communicate with unreasonable tenant and claim insurance for vendor to best protect vendor's interest. Andy Nguyen was a great property manager, having lived in 6 rentals in Sydney over the last decade Andy was the first property manager to ever actually ask us how the house was and address our issues. He cared about our experience as tenants but also maintaining the house he was charged with managing for the home owner. High recommend him.
