I had a flat tyre and allthe local tyre places told me to come back next week! Not much help with weekend plans. Rang Alan at Goodyear Erina who said come straight in. Went down and was there a whole 15 minutes ....tyre fixed and cheaper than others quoted. Couldn't fault the service so will be looking at them first next time I need tyres. Thanks Alan and staff.

I'm giving it 4 stars because I haven't been there that many times not a car person don't own 1 anyway but a few times I have amazing store loved going there no problems with any Goodyear stores so far no one rude all seem respectful people so good on Goodyear ya legends

Super helpful and friendly. Provided great advice on tyres and very thorough diagnostics for investigating a leak. Also fitted tyres for my dad in the past. Again great advice on tyres and excellent customer service.

Have been servicing our two cars with these guys for a few years now, always found them honest and price competitive. Recently one of the cars broke down, we dropped it off on a Sunday and by Monday afternoon the vehicle was fixed, serviced and for a very reasonable service fee. Can recommend.

Excellent customer service! I have been a customer here for a while and have never been disappointed.I received the best service today from Joe who went out of his way to inspect my vehicle for some ongoing issues; (despite being super busy) Joe went out of his way to assist me and write down what I needed fixed. Joe was extremely professional and helpful and explained every detail in a way I could understand.I can not compliment the workers at GoodYear highly enough, everyone is always so friendly and keen to help.

Unbelievable customer service from Luke and the boys. Dropped in my tyre with a slow leak, fixed straight away and threw my tyre straight on. Also put the spare in the boot and did all pressures. Definitely recommend
