This park is well looked after, camp sites are well appointed to ammenities, camp kitchen was clean and well maintained and great facilities. Amenities and family cabins are dated but clean, laundry & dryers are fantastic. Great location to town. Staff are the highlight of our trip from house keeping to grounds staff, reception you name it, friendly, accommodating, easy going it really made our stay good to excellent!

What a lovely place! We booked last minute to stay here one night and ended up extending our stay. The staff are lovely. Stefania was super attentive, welcoming and we loved her way to communicate with us! The owner tried to do her best to let us stay one more night as they were fully booked that night. She made our stay so special and we almost felt at home!Very helpful people there!! We’ll never be more thankful!!! Did so many washing and dryers after such a long trip. Laundry is well equipped with washing machines and dryers. Toilets are cleaned every day and the kitchen is amazing! 10/10.Grassed areas with lots of trees and lovely birds. The place is super safe and sicure!!!!Looking forward to seeing you soon! Thank you again for everything!Silvia and Giulio

No complaints about the park itself. However, our caravan was broken into while we were asleep inside it. My husband woke up and saw someone standing in the doorway. They got away with his wallet. We just want to alert people, irrespective of which caravan park you stay at, to be security conscious and lock everything away.

Do not go here! Rude, incompetent and unprofessional manager in charge of an unsafe site. The rudest and most irrational manager we have met whilst travelling Australia. My boyfriend and I rang ahead to ask if we could store luggage in the office over night as Alice Springs has a terrible crime reputation; they said yes of course so everything seemed ok. Upon arriving some really nice staff checked us in and advised us to put our bags in their staff room with permission to “come and go as you please” as they confirmed it was the safest place for them.4days went by absolutely fine with the agreed situation in place (we actually only came to the bags once in that time as we didn’t want to be a disturbance). On the 5th day it rained heavily and was very cold so we needed a change of clothes so went into the office. That’s when we met the manager…She confronted us why we were there, we explained what we were previously told. She implied that we were lying, said we were “scaring the staff” and spoke to us like we were children. Instead of accepting that there had been a miscommunication with her own staff and her own rules, she proceeded to threaten to remove our things and put them outside in the rain, knowing that 2 nights before there had been a robbery on site. Then threatened to kick us out on the streets. She had totally no regard for the safety of us or our possessions and it made us feel very uncomfortable in an area we do not know. She forced us to apologise to stay on site even though we were completely calm and just going off what HER staff told us.Upon leaving in the morning, we asked if we could buy a day pass to stay later (purely to dry our tent out after the heavy rain). After purchasing the pass (for 20$) my boyfriend was told it only goes till 2pm. He was unsure if this would work so just wanted to quickly check with me. In response to that, and before he could leave, the manager had a completely unprovoked rant at him and told us to leave at 10 claiming we “wanted everything” and we had “been on her property without permission”. A completely false statement and hugely inappropriate response to asking simple questions.Safe to say won’t be coming here again. To top things off, the kitchen was dirty, fridges had dirt in them and the bathrooms were never restocked and very uncleanly. Plus there was a robbery on site under her supervision!! Overall, she should be no where near a position of management.

We loved it there. During our travels in the Red Centre we stayed at this park three times and almost felt at home. The staff is welcoming, the amenities clean and good, the two camp kitchens well equipped and inviting. It's quiet and safe. We would stay there again and definitely recommend it.

Lovely place to stay in Alice Springs, nice cabins with enough room for a family, good kitchen and good supplies. Their reception office sells general supplies and cold drinks, friendly staff.
