Anand is a Gentleman!!!Brilliant service as usual from the tech dr and especially from Anand who has solved our computer related problems before. Very punctual, before time, in fact, very personable, knowledgeable, quick and willing to tackle our seemingly most daunting computer tasks.Highly recommended.

Brilliant, Exceptional Service, first class quick service By The Tech Dr, excellent advice and cost. PC shut down, wouldn't re-start, I had no idea what to do, went to The Tech dr, after two days Anand had located the faults, replaced various parts, cleaned up all the interior, now working better faster than ever before. Thank you Anand couldn't have had better service anywhere else.

Anand is a top guy who really helped me out in a stressfull time. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the quality of service I received from him. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient, and my desktop was fixed to perfection. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of tech repair services for a fair deal. I noticed a Google review on The Tech Dr., which I supposedly wrote. However he wrote it himself and posted it quickly without my consent. Anand has a nice demeanour but he did the job very rushed without explaining what he actually was doing. He also missed to email me a receipt after receiving cash payment despite a reminder via email. I don't think I would use him again or book anyone through One Flare, the platform I booked him through.He also had to reschedule the appointment which is fine but consequently I had to reschedule my whole day. Certainly a learning experience.

If the rating scale had minus 5 (-5) stars even this would not be enough to rate how unprofessional, passive-aggressive, and rude the person representing 'The Tech Dr.' was/is.The person who turned up did the following:1. Charged $150.00 to tell us what we already knew (like a consultant who borrows your watch to tell you the time)2. Was 1.5 hours late with no valid explanation as to why.3. During the 1.5-hour wait my text messages were ignored, and direct calls allegedly kept 'dropping out' when I was trying to find out where he was and how much longer he would be. When I finally got through I had to provide my details to him again including my location which I had already provided him earlier that morning.4. I was assured that he was only 15 minutes from our location and 30-plus minutes later still no one was at our front door.5. Eventually turns up at our front door and rudely announces 'let's do this!' as the first thing he says. He did not provide his name, where he was from, he did not apologise for being 1.5 hours late.6. Was passive-aggressive towards us.7. Talked to us in a very discourteous manner.8. Advised that he had too much work on and that yes he could take our computer away and 'charge us lots of money' for the repair (he already took $150 of our money).At the end of the day, he was extremely late with no form of communication provided as to why, took our money, did not fix the issue, talked to us in a passive-aggressive way, and was rude and very discourteous to both me and my son.I would seriously not recommend using the so-called Tech Dr.

Honest local business which is doing a better job than any large corporation. Big thank you from a happy customer! Brought in my old broken HP laptop on Saturday 5 pm hoping that it could be repaired and used as a controller for my CNC machines. Anand looked at it and called me literally at 10.00 am next morning (on Sunday!) advising that he already disassembled the computer and found that the motherboard was cactus. Luckily there was a refurbished Toshiba laptop with even better specs than my old one available which I gladly accepted. So, at the end I got rid of old junk in my house and received a fully functional computer instead for a very affordable price. Great service, fantastic response time, I would 100% recommend

I was very impressed by Anand on his recent visit, he was wonderful. Extremely polite, which was really appreciated ! Very patient and knowledgeable about my Mac. I would never have had the same service from Apple, and am a very happy customer!

We were looking for a local company to build a custom PC for 3D animation, and I'm so glad I chose Anand @ the tech dr . They responded to my initial enquiry within minutes, and kept up that great communication throughout the process. Anand was very knowledgeable and shopped around for parts which suited my budget. When there was an issue with a delayed delivery of a part, he kept me in the loop and went out of his way to quickly solve the problem. The turnaround time was unexpectedly fast and I was able to collect my PC in no time at all! Anand even checked in to make sure everything was running smoothly. I'm really happy with the finished product and would recommend The Tech Dr for their friendly, experienced and fast service. Really good value for money too!

My laptop had water damage and wouldn't turn on. I thought it was a total loss until I found Dr Tech. He was just brilliant and what he charged was below market rate. What more could I have asked for. Thumbs up.
