3 Sisters Motel

Cute room, cute hotel parking straight in front of our room. Clean bed, clean sheets, clean pillowcases and clean toilet and bathroom.There is a microwave in the room which is so helpful and perfect.Walking distance to the Echo Point and also the chocolate factory at Lurline st.Aircon works perfectly, nice sleep in the night.

the motel, where does one begin.. it started with arrival, no one at office had to speak to a person on phone they were rude. the room was dirty, the shower head was broken, you could not have a good shower.. did i mention the room, spider webs all over the place. dust it was'nt pleasant. would NOT recommend to anyone.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the room was very clean and a good size, bed was really comfy too. You can park your car directly in front of your room. From here, it's only about maybe 10 minutes walking distance to the Echo Point Lookout/Three Sisters, and a few minute drive from Katoomba Town Centre, the location so convenient! This is my second time staying here, and it won't be the last.

This was surprisingly clean and welcoming. Given the price I had low expectations. But, was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed my stay. Excellent staff, very clean and great location close to bush walks. The lit night walk nearby was a highlight. Great place to stay on a budget.

The room was perfect for what I needed, as a base for an all day hike in the mountains. It was incredibly clean, spacious, and well appointed. It was in the most perfect position for me to start my hike only a short walk away, and was incredibly good value for the position. I'll definitely be staying again, without hesitation!

Beautifully clean - the sheets especially were nice and white, which is often lacking in this class of motel.The check-in process was great - complete non contact, the key was in the room on arrival, after we had received an email with the room number.However, the motel has seen better days, and some maintenance would be in order. Tiles in the shower had been patched with one loose, and the shower head didn't operate well.

This motel has pleasant, friendly service both at the front desk and housekeeping team.Parking right out the front of the room.Very clean.Plenty of supplies.We had newly renovated Family rooms with really new beds, which were bliss. A queen and 2 single beds makes the Family room a squeeze but that was not a show stopper as my friend and I had one of these rooms each, so we could spread out easily.The shower is a step-up and step-in, so keep that in mind if mobility is a restriction.Location is near the Echo Point lookout. It’s about an $11.50 taxi fare to the Katoomba town centre and RSL, if you don’t want to drive or walk.

If you ever want to experience the Bates Motel then this is the place for you. Absolutely horrible place to stay, dirty, noisy, old and complete Bates vibe. Unfortunately I booked this last minute without any research (besides the photos supplied on the booking site) during a roadtrip and just quickly picked the closest place to Scenic World.The walls are so thin that I could hear complete conversations in both rooms beside me, not to mention the personal bathroom business of others.The carpark was used as a party area and playground for kids. The reception is not staffed so I had to email and call an emergency number to get any assistance with the animals using the carpark as their personal living room. Smoking (illegally outside their door), screaming kids, banging things on the ground, banging doors, music thumping from their cars, parents screaming at the kids.  Management found this behaviour acceptable and said he didn't mind people having a picknick in front of their rooms" (I think he meant to write picnic). Maybe the management accepts this behaviour because that's the clientele that keep a place like this in business.Now onto the lack of cleanliness. The place was disgusting. As you can see in the photos it hasn't been cleaned thoroughly in a long time. The window sills are black with caked on dirt and dead bugs. Neat, bright, modest motel. Unlike the usual brown brick interiors in many motels, this one looked inviting and attractive on the inside. Good value, great location, easy check in and out. Well done.

Charming 1950's feel of a drive-in motel. Rooms were clean and well-kept. Problem with the TV was immediately addressed and fixed within an hour (previous customer messed it up).
