I’ve used Gawler party hire for my bridal shower and also my wedding and I can’t fault them at all! Excellent service, friendly and professional! If you are needing something and don’t see it on their website just email them. There’s a lot that isn’t advertised. I will continue to use them for all parties in future. Got our 30th next year! Will definitely be using Gawler party hire.

We used Matthew & his Team for our wedding 3 yrs ago & more recently for a 50th birthday party. Both events were held at our home. We've found them to be reliable & punctual & Matthew always took our calls. Would definitely recommend them!

This company is rubbish, I ONLY GAVE THEM 1 STAR as that was the lowest score I could give, ZERO would be more appropriate. A friend hired a marquee from this company for a wedding. Was supposed to be delivered last Thursday 9am, didn't arrive, no communication. The Venue called Gawler Hire to find out what was happening. They changed the delivery time sometime between 11am and 1pm Thursday. No show. Then changed it to Friday 9am, no show. Changed the time to 11:30am, but did manage to arrive at 12pm. Installation started, but there were a number of polls missing. The owner went back to there office to fetch them. He left his 2 helpers to carry on. One guy had a broken arm and had no idea what to do, the other seemed to have some idea of what to do. 6 hrs later the owner finally arrives back, with no polls and smelling of alcohol, lots of alcohol.( Breath test would have been interesting)My friend left Gawler Hire to finish the job as it was getting late.On the Saturday morning, when my friend arrived to the wedding venue.The marquee roof had come off, there were several beams missing. Calls were made to the office , but to no avail, no one would answer the calls or call back.Forget about the companies general obligation in there T&Cs. They mean nothing.The whole weekend was saved by the wedding venue team who pulled out all stops to make the marquee function as it should. The bride had no idea of what was going on in the background ( thank goodness).This company have no idea of customer service and you can forget professionalism, they have no idea what that means.Do yourself a favour and use a company that has some idea of whats needed, as Gawler Hire certainly don't.
