Lavender Nails

A lovely experience w myself and a small group of friends. I asked for nail art and the lady identically copied my wanted design! Amazing nail art with clean lines. As we were there we noticed many people who walked in were told there would be no wait, however some waited up to 30 minutes before they got their nails done. I strongly recommend booking for no wait time.

Two weeks ago I attended this salon for a walk in appointment of full set sns acrylic. I waited 20 minutes to be served & bought in a photo to reference what nails I was wanting. I made mention they had to be a short length exactly like the photo I was going overseas & they needed to be short. The lady who served me nodded & seemed as if she understood. I made mention twice during the appointment that they needed to be shorter however she filed them down a bit more but it made absolutely no difference, all it did was change the shape of the nail. The photo I supplied shows the length perfectly well. I have since found a different nail salon as this would now be the second time it’s happened, especially after I said I needed them short for a special occasion. I was charged $60 for nails I could barely use for the activities I did over seas resulting in me having to pull them off anyway. First photo is what I asked for, second photo is what I received.

A lovely woman named Sam did my nails and she did a beautiful job. I’ve had my nails done many times, but this set is by far the best i’ve had. She was extremely gentle, took her time and listened to what i wanted. i had a reference photo and it was exactly the right shape and colour i asked for. A lot of nail techs i have been to are rough with my nails and have been in a rush to get another customer in. I will 100% be coming back to get my nails done by her ❤️

Super disappointed with my visit here recently. I went to Lavender to have my acrylics removed professionally as I needed them off, however came out appalled. I expected them to be soaked in acetone and filed off as this is what I've had done in the past, but the lady just absolutely hacked into my nails. She used one of the nail tips to pry off each of my nails, so much that I was starting to get hot because I was actually in so much pain that i had to ask her to stop when she got to my pinky because it hurt so much, only for her to finally only soak this one and file it because it wouldn't come off. She also left another customer whose nails she was working on and was in between myself and her multiple times, so both of us were constantly waiting for a lot longer than we should of been! My nails were split and worn down, and despite now finally growing out a bit the nail bed is still wrecked. Wont be returning to this store.

Got a pedicure and acrylic nails on 8/01/23 and they have caused damage to my finger, its infected, and very sore. Communication with them has been poor as all they wanted to know was who did the nails, the lady never introduced themselves, they have admitted fault and offered to cover medical expenses but now not replying to messages.I only went there as my usual place was closed, I've had my nails done fortnightly for 18m with no issues until now.

First time going here, got a pedicure, now have several ingrown toenails... Never going back again.

Had a horrible experience here when it first opened but I thought as it has been running for a few years now I would give it another try and I was left SO disappointed.Firstly, I was getting a pedicure and a set of acrylics and I am completely fine with them doing both at the same time but you still need to make sure the person is comfortable.. the lady doing my nails was pulling my arm across my body instead of going to the other side.Not to mention while she was using the drill she kept drilling into my skin. Despite my flinching, she was still rough. On completion, my nails would NOT stop bleeding and I told to “just hold the tissue firmly” on the nails. No apology, no trying to rectify their mistake. My skin was red raw and woke up with severely bruised fingers for days. My nail beds are scabbed over. Worst mail service I have ever had!! Even tried to message them to sort it out privately and they ignored my messages.

They are so talented and friendly, they fitted me in last minute after work their work is so pretty and they are affordable as well, my new go to nail place

Got my nails done two days ago - I always get clear SNS with a shellac colour on top & have been having my nails done for 15 + yearsLady filed my natural nails down so much they became floppy!! They put 3 layers of base powder on which was fine - but because my natural nails got filed down too much they easily bend now & the SNS cracked on my thumb without me doing anything… in 2 days of having the done!!I came in to have it repaired and they asked me to pay $5 to have it fixed!!! She also filled my repair thumb a different shape!Do not go here! rip off prices & service is poor. Edit** on day 3 the opposite thumb cracked as well just going about my daily business! Nails are so weak from being filed down wayyy too much!

I am not one for leaving bad reviews, as I work customer service and can understand when workers are having a bad day, but after my experience today I feel the need to.I have gone to this nail salon consistently for about a year, I have been served by rude nail techs before, but usually ignored it as my nails were always came out okay. But after today, I will never be back.Today, the nail tech who served me (did not have their name written anywhere) was rude, rough and did a terrible job on my nails. I will attach photos, but my nails are all different lengths on both hands, and one hand is noticeably longer than the other.To begin, I booked for 12:45 and wasn't served until 1:10, which usually wouldn't bother me as I understand running behind is sometimes something you cant control. But this resulted in my nails taking 2 hours total.The entire service, the nail tech was pulling my hand around aggressively. She, drilled my skin numerous times and instead of apologising she blamed me, told me to relax my hand" and pulled my hands around out of frustration. Two of my fingers were left bleeding (still are currently)
