I visited here and went to the gardening section which had old netting scattered on the roof. In it there was dead and dying birds that had become trapped. It was so distressing! When I spoke with staff and messaged management about this concern they didn't seem to care, saying that it was too expensive to remove. This means that more birds will become trapped and die, often languishing in the netting for days! Disgusting and cruel! I will never attend this store again and would recommend anyone that cares about living beings suffering to do the same!!

I had an experience at Chelsea Womerlseys mitre 19 where I was quite distressed as I could not find the hammer that I needed. I was lucky enough to cross paths with Soph who works at the reception and she made my experience at Mitre 10 an absolute joy, helping me find the tools I needed. I will be returning for this wonderful experience again.
