Ocean Keys Family Practice

Doctor Ravi Ganepola is the best doctor I have seen in more than 20 years! As a family we have been patients of his since Dec 2015 and will continue to see him for as long as possibly. So smart and considerate and definitely a great doctor! The practice is also clean, reception staff are friendly and waiting time is always quick! Highly recommended

I have had the pleasure of seeing multiple doctors at Ocean Keys and have been treated extremely well each and every time. From reception, to the nurses, to the doctors - such a warm and welcoming place and an excellent team! Thanks Ocean Keys!

I have been to this practice plenty over the years and I have to say I have had a generally good experience. However I have to say that I also just saw the worst doctor, with the worst bedside manner ever. He belittled me and he disregarded what I was explaining to him and he basically made me out to be a brainlesss patient. He gave me a referral to see a specialist and on the letter he described what HE was saying to me were my symptoms not what I saying. This is how medical errors are made. He is the last doctor I would ever see and I sincerely hope I never encounter another doctor like him.

Rang to see if there were any available appointments for today. The receptionist mentioned that there was an appointment at 11:45am. She proceeded to ask for my name. I told her I was new, just moved from Melbourne. She told me there was no appointment available for new patients.Apparently their motto on their website says, Where patients come first...""

Terrible customer service. GP told me I shouldn’t worry about my 5 year olds constant fevers (over 39) as 43 is when I should worry about brain cell damage ….pretty sure 43 means death!

I have been going to this pracrice for 12 -14 years and honestly I can't fault it .The receptionists go out of their way to help in any way and are very polite and friendly .My doctor is Tim Koh and he's the best doctor I've ever had .Hes friendly and very proactive and has a great personality, he has helped me alot over many years .Without any hesitation I would recommend this practice to anyone that needs to see a doctor .Others doctors at this practice are very good too

3 minute phone call appointment… gets charged $60.00. Doctor didn’t bother to ask how I was going. Rushed the phone call and tried to end it before I got to finish talking. Tried to ask reception about the cost and they just “do what they’re told”. Weak…

Wife had an appointment and cause she had a cough and nasal drip was refused entry and referred to the respiratory clinic where they promptly did a PCR and not happy about her being referred to themWas told to visit the family practice after getting a negative result which we did and the dr refused to see her - cause still had a slight cough and trying to determine what type of flu she has whilst we sat in car outside !! Then promptly gives her another appointment 48 hours later with another doctorWe paying Medicare so how do one access it with this poor attitude and response - not back here again and this service is exceptionally poor and sub standard !How would one see a doctor if u have flu in future ??

Worst GP I've ever been to. Felt unwelcome & quick deal with, get out of here. Would not recommend

Yesterday I went to Ocean Keys Family Practice hoping to get one of my injections as I couldn’t get into my doctor to have it done. I saw a Dr Ken Chye absolutely rude, no manners whatsoever. He is arrogant and very unprofessional. I will not be going back to Ocean Keys Family Practice worst doctor ever.
