Stephen was very responsive and easy to deal with. He booked us in very quickly and Jack came to provide advice on our potential possum/rodent problem. Jack was very thorough and took time to discuss our issue and have a good look right around the house to determine what the likely culprits were. The price was very reasonable for the time spent at our property, and so far the results have been good. We would definitely use Stephen and Jim's Pest Control again.

I feared I might have possums in my roof, and Jack Dyball, from Jim's Pest Control Turner, undertook a very efficient check to establish this was correct. He then clearly outlined the steps that could be taken to correct this issue.

We have used this company several times over the years and couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Jack and Stephen. Jack even took the time to let my toddler learn how the possum cage works and let her meet the possum that was caught. She hasn’t stopped talking about the “possum man” all week! They are thorough, always on time, great value for money, and respectful of our home. Highly recommend these guys!

Prompt service with Jack arriving on time the morning after our enquiry. He efficiently removed dead rodents, cleaned.up the roof cavity and checked all the wiring. Jack took photos of damaged wiring and forwarded them to us so we could show the electrician.Jack suggested we consider installing professional standard bait boxes in the roof cavity as rodents are an ongoing problemA professional courteous service we are happy to recommend.
