I have been into Lloyd street chemist three times now and I have to say that the staff members that have served me have gone above and beyond each time!! I have to say that Jackie is so very patient and only too willing to help as much as she can. I have a background in customer service as well as being a mystery shopper and Jackie would get 100% feedback from me had I been there in that capacity!! Well done guys and thanks Jackie. Terrible service. Worst ever. Walked around pharmacy for five minutes and no one there even offered to help me. Every other pharmacy I've been to you can usually find someone to help you find what you're looking for. It's like I was invisible. And the place was not busy but pretty empty. Never go back there again.

I have always used this Chemist but I will NEVER go back.My script was accidentally destroyed and I can not get in to see my GP for a few days, I wasn't concerned too much as I thought I had enough meds to last, I miss counted however and ran out of my mental health medication, I managed to get my gp appointment moved up however I was going to be a day without my very necessary meds.I rang and asked if i could get just a 1 days supply and was told NO!They aren't schedule 8 medication so they fall under the 3 day emergency supply legislation, I informed the pharmacist and he said Without a script I am saying No"With out my medication I do not sleep and become a high suicide risk.Another Pharmacy in town who don't know me agreed to give me my medication as the risk is too high with out them.You are a joke of a pharmacy

My mother went here for a prescription, we waited 15 minutes, they called her just to tell her they don't have the medication... They made us wait for no reason. Total lack of respect for their customers time!

I clicked one star, because there was no negative sign. My experience at this pharmacy, owner by Raymond Simpson was terrible. Going to the chemist was'nt the first time. I ask the chemist if he could order a medication in for me, i told him i would bring the script in the next day, i just did'nt wont to run out....its a narcotic for severe pain. HE SAID NO I NEED THE SCRIPT, YOU CAN DO WITHOUT. I am newish to Moe, no no other pharmist has ever done this.....since this issue i have gone to chemist direct centre, they are rated 5+++. thanks Fred.

Absolutely terrible, worst chemist I've ever exspirenced. On two occasions they lost my script for vital medication to keep me alive. They don't take any responsibility for the importance for there job. They shrug shoulders and speek to you rudely. No respect for there clients. Don't trust them
