I had my ducted air conditioning system supplied and installed by this company and I have to say that they are amazing to deal with. So honest and professional. They worked in a timely manner and the customer service was phenomenal. They truly went above and beyond for me and met all my needs. I cannot fault them. Caleb and his team arrived on time and promptly begun working on our ducted AC unit. Works were carried out in a very professional and safely manner, with minimal impact to the household. Upon completion Caleb took time out to chat with us and ensure we were satisfied with their job. Thanks guys for an awesome new system - highly recommended for anyone needing a friendly bunch to install or maintain their AC units!!

N3 Air Conditioning
We had an unpleasant experience with N3 aircon. They were given clear documented instructions on where the air outakes where supposed to be, and they installed them where it was easiest/most convenient for them. They tore our wardrobes apart when installing ducted aircon, and tried to conceal it from us. They drilled a hole in the roof cavity and never fixed it. We spent 4 months chasing them up for a fix, and now they won't return our messages or emails. I think I've contacted them 15-20 times about it. I will be pursuing legal action against them see if they will listen more carefully to a judge. Really not happy.

Everyone at N3 Air Conditioning has been very professional from providing the quote promptly to the installion of my system. The installers arrived exactly when they said they would and worked hard all day. I feel that I was given good advice which means that I now have the system that is suited to my home. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly. I would recommend N3 Air Conditioning without hesitation.

N3 have now both installed a brand new ducted system at my home and serviced a system at my office (both located in Annandale). Their customer service was exceptional. Came back after the install on our home to make sure everything was running perfectly. Couldn't reccomend them highly enough.
