As a parts supplier to this company we certainly would not recommend. If you are the owner of a Nissan TD42 the incorrect pump has been fitted to your vehicle. They ordered the incorrect pump for your vehicle, fitted the pump and did not order by a VIN check or check the pump number when removing. This company is more interested in receiving a refund for the core that was incorrect, than getting the correct pump for the vehicle. Not only are they abusive, rude but they have not shown any customer focus and have ignored our help.

I paid $365 for a full logbook service at Road Runners , because they had a good reputation on google. I paid for a logbook service but instead the “mechanic” changes my oil and air filter and says its done.Didn’t receive a report of what he's done to the car or how it runs, terrible communication. Not even half the log book servicing tasks were completed.After i picked the car up my oil light was flashing so i went back the next day and asked him to fix it then, HE PULLS OUT A YOUTUBE TUTORIAL VIDEO.Overall , Terrible experience with Road Runners they have no idea what they’re doing, its basically a chop shop that changes oil and air filters.You are better off sticking with a big name mechanic and paying a little extra.No professionalism here at all.

Great team ,very professional have got my car serviced and some electrical issues been repaired, got a phone call with a comprehensive report,and recommendations about how to proceed with the electrical issues repairs (just to save me some$$$) the car drives like a dream after the service,they are very honest, I'm very happy with the price,highly recommendThank you very much guys

I took my van to do a full service because I need to do an inspection to change the plates to western Australian ones. Great service, they were very helpful, even took it the van to the inspection so they make all the process for me very simple. I really recommend Road RUNNERS Field service. Great people, and great work.
