I was an Au Pair with dream-nannies, they have been their from the minute I applied to be an Au Pair until I left Australia. They helped me find a family that suits me and weren't gonna settle for less. They are professional and know that there needs to be a connection between the family and Au Pair to make it work. I found a family, I spend my last 5 month of my visa with and had an amazing time. It was my first time being an Au Pair and it was a much better experience then I expected.

I was looking for work in Australia to do on my gap year and I was struggling to find au pair work that was reliable and trustworthy. Then I found Dream Nannies. They have been amazing since the start and given me loads of advice and help. They helped me find the most lovely family in a really nice area. I really recommend going through Donna if you are looking for Au Pair work. They help find you the perfect family. They keep on giving you support even when you’ve arrived in the country and started working for your family.

Dream nannies were a DREAM to work with! So professional and such prompt service! At last minute our Au Pair left us in the lurch after 3 weeks (not hired by Dream) and Dream came to the rescue to help us out with a new one. They have also found us another AP to follow this one. Thank you Donna, Jackie & Belinda for your hard work, support and providing wonderful Au Pairs. (well we hope so, they seem lovely from talking with) Thanks again, will be recommending you to friends and family.

I contacted this Agancy 2 months ago. Jackie was very quick to get the money to do advertising but after that phone call, I never heard from her. I had only an email from another person in the Agancy saying sorry they haven’t had any suitable candidates!I basically have paid them and haven’t had any candidates at all to interview! And no phone calls to follow up at all. Only a courtesy short email. I don’t recommend them.

She is very warm and friendly and genuinely cares about the nannies she places.Her communication is very clear, responses very fast, and negotiation skills amazing.Whilst I was placed as a nanny I would recommend Dream Nannies to all au pairs as well as nannies she will offer incredible support.

I had a wonderful experience with Dream Nannies. After an initial conversation about what position I was looking for as a Nanny, Jackie was able to offer me an interview with a family very quickly. Communication was clear and concise and I knew that if I needed anything that Jackie was just a phone call away. Jackie checked in to see how my interview went, and also helped me with questions that I had when signing my contract.
