Peter was so helpful. Took our sons bonsai in for some advice on how to care for it.Peter checked the plant and gave us a plan for its care, fertilised it and spent about half an hour with us. Didn't ask for anything for his time. Very passionate man.

In all my travels visiting Bonsai establishments here in Oz, I have never seen as many outstanding trees. The design, style and health of Peter's trees needs to be seen to be believed. Aficionados if you haven't seen Peter's work, your education is not complete!

If you advertise on your website that you are open on public holidays, be open on public holidays, its a long way to travel to have the disappointment that the store is closed. we called up on the phone and got two very grumpy people who reluctantly let us in, the only bonsai that were worth buying were the display only ones, the rest were seedlings in bonsai pots attached with high prices. I would not recommend going!

Bonsai Emporium is a bonsai specialty shop. If you come here for something else, you'll most likely be disappointed. The usually have everything you need bonsai related but some understanding is needed as shipping is slow due to covid, and some it items may be out of stock.Mr Odin, the owner, is very knowledgeable and always willing to share. He sometimes has a class for beginner bonsai enthusiasts which I recommend.There is parking outside. Be aware that the location is on a road that can get quite busy at times.Definitely worth the visit if you're into bonsai.

Went in to purchase gift but received no service or help at all. Bonsai are beautiful and well looked after but no pricing! No one came to help or offer any advice at all. Very disappointing and left with nothing

Very unique and interesting experience, they've been doing this a long time. I found the service very genuine and happy with the bonsai I picked up.

Barely average plants and grossly overpriced.Service non existent and owners too lazy to get up from their coffee to offer assistance or answer questions.A complete waste of time visiting.
