⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️A big Thankyou to Sue and staff at That Big Self Storage Place - my elderly grandparents who are a bit hard of hearing stored their furniture there for 11 months whilst waiting to buy a property. The whole time Sue and staff always treated them with respect and compassion, they even went out of their way to assist in other ways, I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone with storage needs, also add fantastic rates and very well maintained facilities. Thanks again to Sue and staff.

Stored a range of item for months until I organise a rental.Everything was so professional and well explained during the initial rental procedure.An amazing facility and so clean and accessible at all times. Maintained and kept in the loop about any maintenance work being done.Staff super helpful, friendly and always made the experience a dream .I would go back in a heartbeat.

That Big Self Storage Place
I had an upstairs storage unit for about 1.5 years, it was accessed by stairs and a lift. Trolleys were always available which, along with the lift, made storing items a breeze. The security systems in place made me feel confident all our gear would be safe, and it was.The management (Sue) and staff were always on hand to offer advice as and when needed. Everyone was very friendly, considerate and helpful.I would recommend that anyone who may be looking for storage options to seriously consider That Big Self Storage Place. Reasonably priced, spotlessly clean and very secure.10 out of 10 from me.

I have had my work car in Storage for about 10 Months and the team at That Big Self Storage Place have been so helpful. The staff's customer service is amazing they are so helpful. Sue has also helped me get my car towed from NSW to Melbourne. Thank you so much, would recommend That Big Self Storage Place if you are looking for a safe storage place with a team that cares.

All of the staff are so approachable and are always happy to help out. The facilities are great and I wouldn't use anyone else on the coast for my storage needs. That Big Self Storage Place
Our furniture, along with many boxes was stored for over 3 years. The storage shed was clean, secure, easy to access and a reasonable price.Sue (the manager) was always welcoming, helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending this facility.
