This is has to be ABSOLUTELY THE WORST OF THE WORST OF ITS TYPE. they installed a a garage door and the bolt literally snapped off. I called them and they said call-out charges and material costs. YOU USE cheap material that don’t last long and you expect your customers to call back expecting them to pay more for a a terrible job and poor material that you use. A WARNING TO AHYONE WANTING TO USE THIS COMPNAY DONT IF YOU JNOW WHYS GOOD FOR YOUR HOUSE OR WAREHOUSE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. YOUR DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR.

First fault - my remote not working - twice they came to replace which was okay.Second - our garage opened by itself multiple times at night which is a high risk for our safetyThirdly - rude service -like a robot! no one told us that there is regular service to these garage doors to continue its warranty. They have been to my place twice and just 4 mos ago and no one told us of these.Never i had problems with our previous house. And with these! In just 2 years and 6 mos, we already had lots of problems and service is not all great!

What a waste of time of a company. Henley Homes is such a reputable builder, don't know why Henley is involved with such a poor service of a company. A booking is made for garage door replacement. No one turns up. Called Dynamic door services, no booking existed on their system. Hangs up phone call during conversation. Pathetic of a service.

Rang them about a garage door not opening (4 times) and each time they said someone will contact you to make a booking". 4th time I rang to ask why does it take so long to actually just make a booking? Receptionist answered "because they have things to do". 12 days later someone calls me to make a booking to come out. By then I've already called out another company to come out (and fixed + service the garage door). Don't waste your time with this company

I called this company to book a service which they have done previously. They refused to come and do the yearly service. Told me to go elsewhere. Waste of time and customer service doesn't exist.
