I Purchased a New Phone,I was Served by Roy,He was a Legend,I am in my Sixtes and lack Technical knowledge and Skills,He Made It an Easy and Stressfree Experience.His Knowledge and Experience was Extremly Impressive,His Attitude and Professionalism was a tribute to Telstra .They have a Top Employee in Him.I would Recommend Telstra to everyone with Employees like Roy.I have changed phones previously 5 times,Never has it been like this,Thanks Telstra , Especially Roy.

Bad serviceI was told need to wait 30min, they put me on the list and said I could walk around and would call me back. 40 mins later I didn’t get any call from them. Then I walked in back, waited inside for another 50min.So in total it took me 70min….

Don't understand why the rating is so low，I've been taken good care of few times。 Today's staff is Matt，they were so busy， I had to make an appointment in two hours. Matt he saw me and called me back， fixed my problem in 10mins，he's very efficient！Thank you Matt!

Went into store to enquire about data sharing. Was told it's not possible and the young bloke wanted to sell me another product instead. After researching, went in a second time and a different bloke advised me that Telstra was changing their products so it was still not possible. He couldn't even be bothered looking up the account to give me confirmation. Instead I called Telstra direct and data sharing issue was solved within 15minutes.Boys need to have a bit more education on the products Telstra is selling, not to mention better attitudes.

Great team. Always remember to take a photo ID with you to identify yourself if you are already a customer. Otherwise, they won't help you. I've experienced this a few times and not a good experience.

I went into the store 2 weeks ago and signed up for 15 new plans. 5 were activated during the 1-2 hr store visit with the balance of 10 to be activated over the next 1-2 business days. I was feeling great.2 weeks later, nothing has been done, no one seems to be able to help. I've called twice today, explained the situation, and the best they can offer is to book in again sometime next week to see if it can be resolved.When I said in that case I'd just have to cancel, the lady agreed and hung up.Absolutely dismal customer service.

gave 1 star only because there is not an option for 1/2 a star. The worst version of customer service you can get. Got told there was a 2 hour wait to see anyone about our issue the shop had 4 staff and it was completely empty of customers. My guess they all had a lunch organised so blocked out that part of the day.

Was on the phone to Telstra and it seemed to be such a problem to split my account with another person. However, Matthew (working the Saturday arvo shift) made it so easy. Went through the app, explained what it meant and then gave advice on how to do it quickly. After a 3 hour conversation, a 3 minute conversation with Matthew made everything right. This is why you pay for Telstra!
