Worst star car wash I have ever been to! The operator was rude and arrogant, when I kindly reminded him the car has been ceramic coated recently and if he could be gentle with the sponge, he then started swearing and said they don’t have the time to be cleaning every sponge after every single wash.I wouldn’t recommend anyone to take their car here if they value their car at all!

READ: PAY ATTENTION:Pay attention to reviews before going to this place. I just found too many customers had terrible experience like me.Paid 415 for a full detailing but I got a normal wash services instead. A basic wash and vacuum would have the same results.

Asked for an extra $45 because the car is “hard to clean” and after service the car is still not clean especially internally.Bloody rort service.To the star wash operator:Not sure if you guys understand integrity = repeat business. If you don’t like washing cars then don’t be in the business.Customers bring their car in dirty because they are paying you to clean it, don’t say to the customer that the car is too hard to clean.I would not be bringing a clean car to get it cleaned.

Both my daughter and I had our car washed yesterday. I have been happy with past services however our Premium wash this time was appauling.Exterior Wash ServiceWater spots all over the car. Wheels left dirty and full of grime.Exterior FinishDoor Jambs were not wiped downVehicle InteriorLeft dusty and vacuuming was poorly done leaving dirty and debrisIt appeared that the car was given a cursy wash and wipe.I'm generally not a complainer but I couldn't let this one pass.Please tell me how you are going to rectify this problem.

I came back from my holiday with my car full dust and mud. I was a bit worried about comments of Star Car Wash on google map at first but it was the only place that opened on a public holiday so I still went.The guys got my car cleaned inside out in 30 mins. I mean , it’s not perfect , there are still some tiny dots here and there but c’mon , I know how dirty my car was and to make my car look shiny again in 30 mins , I really wouldn’t ask for more and kudos to these guys !

Do not go here or anywhere really. Don’t be lazy and just DIY if you truly value your car.First and last time I get someone else to wash my car. Lesson learnt, always do it yourself. If you know what you’re doing, you can expect it’s gonna be perfect. If you don’t know, you can always learn. I specifically told these guys to be careful of my stickers and mindful of one spot where the paint has come off. Of course they didn’t listen and I found the spot of missing paint has gotten larger and they literally ripped one of my stickers off because they were too lazy to follow my instructions or just did not care enough and still used pressure wash on the areas I literally pleaded them not to do. They pretended as if I never told them after I inspected the damage and actually tried to gaslight me and said there was never a sticker on the rear windshield. In mid conversation I found half my sticker on the floor. Completely incompetent. If you don’t like cars or you get jealous easy, you need to find a different job please. Everyone hopes and expects people in the auto industry should be passionate about their work. This was hardly a “detail” I could have spent a 10th of their price for a touch-free drive thru car wash.

Easy and convenient to get the car cleaned. End product wasn't great to be honest for the price. Paid for a platinum wash inside /out and the employee told me it would be a 2 hour wait.Extended period, below standard cleaning not worth the price. Disappointed but would try again.

After my debacle today, I was contacted by Ricky the owner of this car wash. When I first explained the things I wasn't happy with, he told me there's nothing they can do and it's not their job to clean the things I'm talking about (''the vacuum doesn't pick up all the dust on the floor mats''), apparently it's also not their job to wipe the dashboard or clean the hand rails, you have to pay extra for that.Apparently it's also not their job to vacuum leaves off seats or crumbs from between seat cushions, or throw out soy sauce packets on the floor or clean the well of the handbrake. You have to pay for interior detailing for that.Otherwise they just spend what seems like a 5 minute job barely vacuuming the inside of the car. Minimal effort.Then later when I asked for a refund he said that's impossible and to come back in and he would fix it. I reminded him that he told me there's nothing they can do and that he said the things that were missing you have to pay more for.He then got defensive and said I was trying to trick him and that he had been in the business for 15 years. At least he admitted the clean isn't the quality he expects from his business. Won't be returning and I'm not surprised this place has such bad reviews. Don't go here.

They charged me $72 for exterior and interior cleaning and wiping off, when I back to car and I paid I've noticed still rubbish inside the car and they didn't wip the interior.Then the guy was saying that's detailed wash and it costs even more!Very bad experience, never come back here again

Paid $59 for their Platinum service. Was surprised that the car was ready in 20min. But understand why it was so quick. The rims weren't even clean. Boot was still wet. Informed the cashier, and he offered me a wet rag?! Will not return nor recommend anyone to this outlet.
