From quoter to installer, Watson’s people were lovely to deal with. Finished product (plantation shutters) just beautiful too. Would recommend you without hesitation.

We received excellent service from the in-person quote to installation. A very friendly and professional team who clearly take pride in their work and customer service. All my interactions over the phone and via email were all really helpful and informative too. Steve and Shane were friendly and efficient during the installation and left the rooms spotless and made sure we were happy before they left. Great communications from everyone. Thank you all very much. We love our plantation shutters.

The customer service was perfect. There is just one thing I’m not totally happy about to do with the type of blind I chose: The blind keeps popping out of the side channels and crumpling when the window is partly open due to wind. That may be because the blind is both very light weight and quite wide so it is easily dislodged. Not sure, but it is something that I never thought about when choosing a blockout blind that sits inside the window sill. I don’t know if there is a better design out there that addresses this issue. Otherwise, the blockout is very effective and great for sleeping during the day.

Watson were very professional and knowledgeable when undertaking the free measure and quote. We were also very pleased with Watson's ability to price match with another providers quote. Watson made and installed the blinds within 3 weeks (faster than any other provider was able to do) and made the process of payment and scheduling install seemless. We have been extremely happy with the honeycomb blinds installed which are now providing excellent insulation on our living room windows and they also look great!

I ordered over Christmas which extended my delivery timeline, however it was well worth the wait.All staff throughout the experience, from showroom to installation were great. Watson's installed blinds in our lounge room. We were very happy with the product and service. They were actually installed ahead of the originally advised date.We chose Watson's as they were recommended by 2 family members who had previously shopped around getting several quotes and settled on Watson's for their price, quality and service. They are all very pleased with choices too. One year on their blinds are still looking great and working well.
