I was going to try them again but as I can’t get hold of the service department and they don’t bother calling back. I’m going to make other arrangements. I’m surprised they have a Toyota franchise quite frankly. Lucky to get 2 stars.

Got my ute serviced here,got it back quickly,the staff were pleasant,and told me what they did,so can't complain.

Had my car diagnosed a few weeks back for a coolent oil issue. Was told the oil and coolent pipes need replacing. Booked a date to have this fixed when I picked up my car. Go to drop my car off this morning for this to be fixed they booked a service and no parts ordered. Wtaf poor service

Care factor at this place is 0. God help anyone that needs a warranty issue fixed by this mob.

I recently had my car serviced at Moss Vale Toyota (Tuesday) where they had to keep it in due to the casing of the oil filter being over tightened by the previous service at Gregory Hills Toyota, and when they loosened it, it cracked.They have blamed the Service Centre at Gregory hills, who are taking no responsibility, and Moss Vale are taking none either.I as the consumer have been charged for this at the service and was told to take it up with Gregory Hills. I called Gregory Hills who told me to tell Moss Vale to call them, and both are not taking any responsibility. Apparently this isn't covered under warranty due to it not breaking down, or a manufacturer fault, but because it was broken. BY YOUR SERVICE TEAMHow is this fair to customers when the service centres we are required to attend take no responsibility for issues that happen DUE TO THE SERVICING. Utter rubbish.

Matt in sales has been excellent over the last 10 years looking after us with four new vehicles.It’s a real shame we will be taking our business elsewhere from now on after the way the service section has fallen apart, the new girls at the front desk are rude and incompetent.

I dealt with Cass in sales and she looked after me really well. She is friendly, honest and easy to deal with. She always replied my emails, phone calls and messages on time. She is also very patient and has thorough knowledge about cars. She explained me each and every feature and functionality of the car, handled my paperwork with attention to detail. Everyone in the showroom is nice, I highly recommend to purchase from Southern Highland Toyota.

Terrible experience, absolutely not recommended!I brought my car for service, they found out that my front shocks(offmarket brand) both needed to be replaced and because they were off market they had to order them, so I agreed to order them.. Had to wait 3 weeks because of course they had to order the supply.. Brought my car the established day, they call me back saying that my front shock were not original one and that they couldn't do the job.. Went to pick up the car and apparently while they were changing fan belt pulley they damaged the Abs so I had to wait another two days, unable to go to work.They also damaged the rear camera because is not working anymore.Girls at front desk very rude too.Worst experience ever..

Charged me $400 for a -$100 part which I highly doubt was faulty. Didn't fix the problem gave me back the keys and said good luck.Drained some poor blokes battery who was picking up his car while I was there also. Seems like an inexperienced team who I wouldn't trust to do a wheel rotation. To be avoided unless you don't mind lazy mechanics who just throw overpriced parts at issues instead of using their brains.
